Michael Connory manages our Elite Training Program.
The Elite Program has a maximum of six athletes at any one time and our
focus is to work individually with you so you can achieve your goals.
This commitment is for an entire season. This way we work together
focusing on your specific requirements over a period of time.
Each athlete undergoes an extensive fitness review
prior to building a program over the coming year. This includes:

max testing

Running Economy
·
Body Composition
·
Peak Power
·
Lactate Profile
·
Heart rate Zones
·
Running technique
The Elite Training Program is focused on three levels of Triathlon
Competition:

Olympic Distance
·
Half Ironman
·
Ironman
The Elite Training Program also insures that you have access to world
class support for all your training requirements meaning you will have:

Individual run, swim and cycling coaches working on our specific
requirements
·
Nutrition specialist supporting your dietary needs
·
Strength co-ordinator
After gaining a complete
understanding of you as an athlete and your current capabilities we
establish
milestones to reach throughout the season. Finally, we get more specific
and build a Basic Week that becomes the platform for your program.
It’s important to understand that within the elite
program you will be working with a team of coaches to help you achieve
your goals.
